The kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.
It is very well-equipped with cooking utensils including a toaster, carbon monoxide detector and all the usual crockery and cutlery. There is also a large pantry for food storage.
There are two bathrooms on the ground floor
The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower over bath with a heated towel rail and extractor fan.
UPSTAIRS ROOMS: FAMILY BEDROOM & TWIN ROOM
All the bedrooms are at the rear of the property and quiet.
Family bedroom with double bed and single bed and ample room for the cot (available free of charge) and bedside tables and dressing table. Includes walk-in wardrobe.

DOWNSTAIRS SINGLE BEDROOM
There is an additional single room on the ground floor, with a wardrobe and drawer space.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided with additional blankets if required.
LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM
The Spacious lounge has an original Edwardian open fireplace which may be used by winter visitors for a cosier atmosphere (although the central heating makes the house comfortably warm). It contains sofa-bed and easy chairs providing comfortable seating for all. There is a tv with dvd player, video, radio, cd player with ipod docking, a selection of games and a variety of books. Wi-Fi available.
The large oak dining table comfortably seats 8 adults. There is an additional drop-leaf for extra space if required. Patio doors lead on to the patio garden.
Secluded paved garden at the rear of the house is a quiet place to relax.
Garden furniture and sunshades are provided and there is a barbeque available.
Private off-street parking is available at the rear of the property (accessed by service road).
